If the distributor receives any complaint from any customer regarding any product of HS Sandhu Solar Company Sold in accordance with this Agreement, the Distributor shall refer such grievances to the Grievance Redressal Committee which shall redress such grievances within 10 days. The decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee regarding such complaints will be final
